This is the third and latest project of the City Lofts Colombia concept, consisting of three towers covering approximately 76,856 square meters (827,432 sq. ft.).

TOWER 1 A mixed-use building with 19 floors and approximately 19,397.69 square meters of construction. It features:

• Three basements with 194 parking spaces.

• Floors 1-3 for commercial and coworking use.

• Floors 4-7 with 48 hotel suites.

• Floors 8-17 with 42 residential units.

• Floors 18-19 with 4 restaurants.

• Access to parking is via the main road, utilizing its slope.

• A three-story commercial platform with retail spaces, restaurants, terraces, and a coworking/event area at Level 0.00 (topographic level 2,264).

• An "L"-shaped tower from the 4th floor, with two fixed points separating public and private use.

TOWERS 2 & 3 A residential development with 24 floors and 3 basements, covering approximately 57,459.20 square meters. It includes:

• A parking platform with 587 spaces across three basements and three floors.

• Two 21-floor apartment towers with approximately 234 units in total, built in two stages.

• Resident vehicle access via the main road, directly connected to the second basement.

• Deceleration lane and access point at Level 0.00 (Floor 1) once Tower 1 is built.

• Two towers starting from the 4th floor, each with 21 apartment floors.

• A central distribution point for residential typologies.

• Each tower has 2 elevators (8-person capacity) and two fire-resistant evacuation staircases spaced 15 meters apart, with direct evacuation to the exterior at Level 0.00.

The project includes more than 200 apartment units ranging in size from 50 square meters to 250 square meters.
