MANUEL A. GUERRERO
Manuel Antonio Guerrero Sandoval graduated from the University of Los Andes in Colombia in 1993 and later earned a master's degree in Preservation & Rehabilitation of Historic Architecture from the University of Alcalá de Henares in Spain in 2001.
In 2003 Manuel A. Guerrero ventured to Northern California, where he has since undertaken numerous projects, including interventions in Victorian residences in Monterey, and the creation of contemporary homes in Carmel, Carmel Highlands, Big Sur, Carmel Valley, Pacific Grove and Pebble Beach.
Currently, he divides his time between California and Colombia, overseeing a range of private, institutional, and commercial projects.
LAND USE CONSLTING-PERMITTING
luis osorio
Luis Osorio has an extensive career in land use project review, environmental impact assessment and land use permitting. Luis worked for over 25 years at the Monterey County Housing and Community Development Department; he served three and six years respectively in the City of Monterey Architectural Review Committee and Planning Commission. Additionally, Luis worked for over six years at JRG Attorneys at Law assisting property owners with land use permitting.
Luis has provided valuable support to property owners in their development proposals and permitting needs. Currently Luis operates as an independent consultant offering land use consulting and permitting services across various jurisdictions in Monterey County. Importantly, Luis has collaborated with Manuel A. Guerrero to provide architectural design services in the Monterey Peninsula. Such collaboration has resulted in a successful track record of designed and built residential projects since 2003
