CITY LOFTS MANIZALES – Manizales, Colombia

This is the second building of the City Lofts concept, a contemporary housing design that features spatial integration of apartments in an interconnected manner.

It is a 15-story building with 12 apartments per floor, sharing a series of communal spaces for the well-being of its residents. The building includes hotel-style access, a rooftop garden with a pool, sauna, BBQ area, multipurpose room, and covered parking for all apartments and visitors. The total constructed area is 25,000 m² (270,000 sq. ft.).

The apartments range from 50 m² to 200 m².

Great attention has been paid to the living experience and environmental awareness, with views framed by large windows and balconies allowing ample natural light. The smaller spaces are designed in a loft format, characterized by their two-story design, creating integrated cubic meter spaces. The more traditional apartments, starting at 70 m², bring the total number of sellable housing units to 144.
