Located at 3062 Vaughan Ave, Marina, CA, the Rodrock A.D.U. Residence creatively transforms an underutilized 580 sq ft attic into a charming junior Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). Currently a work in progress, this innovative conversion maximizes every square foot to deliver a cozy, self-contained living space with modern comforts.
The design features an efficient studio layout with a kitchenette, bathroom, and flexible living area, all bathed in natural light through strategically placed windows and skylights.
